Insulation for 2 bedrooms

Retrofitted & Injected insulation

Have two bedrooms that I want to look to remove existing plasterboard/gib from to line walls and install insulation from the interior. Would then require new gib to be installed, as well as plastering and painting. Additionally, before re-gibbing would want to install a few new power points, as each room only has one currently. House is pre-60s build and I'd be aiming for a 10 day period in October to do the works, as flatmate will be away so easier to have the disruption in the house.

Thermal Blanket

Got insulfluf in ceiling which is only about 100 thick. Needs minimum 120 (Healthy Homes) so probably a blanket. House is 140 Sqm not sure if that includes garage though which doesn’t need it (sorry!) So how much to do job?

Replace underfloor insulation

Older home, approx 108 sqm, blanket insulation to be installed under floor, polyurethane mat already in place. There may be some old insulation paper to be removed but will wait on advice. Time frame - prefer completion by end of April or there abouts.

Small Ceiling Insulation

Two of my bedrooms need more insulation in the ceiling as they get condensation on the ceiling and down the exterior walls. The walls are fully insulated as is the ceiling and underfloor but I don't think the insulation goes all the way to the edge of the wall as the ceiling and the wall gets condensation up to about half a metre down the wall and across the ceiling.

100m² ceiling insulation (insul-fluff) removal required

We are about to purchase a home that has old insul-fluff insulation in the ceiling. I am wanting to get an idea of price to have this extracted please. The roof area is easily accessible and is approximately 100m² in area.
