100m² ceiling insulation (insul-fluff) removal required

We are about to purchase a home that has old insul-fluff insulation in the ceiling. I am wanting to get an idea of price to have this extracted please. The roof area is easily accessible and is approximately 100m² in area. At this point I am wanting to get a guide as to the cost and would expect to get someone in to the home once we take possession for a firm quote. Thank you Luke
