Small Ceiling Insulation

Two of my bedrooms need more insulation in the ceiling as they get condensation on the ceiling and down the exterior walls. The walls are fully insulated as is the ceiling and underfloor but I don't think the insulation goes all the way to the edge of the wall as the ceiling and the wall gets condensation up to about half a metre down the wall and across the ceiling.
