Install multi-zone heat pump system

We need a multi-zone heat pump system installed for a 65 m², two-bedroom new build that is currently at the framing stage. We want each room to be capable of heating and cooling separately. We prefer the vents to be installed in the lower walls, close to the floors, rather than the floors. Although we have no ceiling space available in the house, there is plenty of space under the floor. I can share the building consent plans when we make contact.

Heat Pump Service / not working

My heat pump isn't working. Getting no cooling or dehumidification coming out of it. the fan on the outside unit isn’t turning. I have performed a reset of the main unit without success. its a Toshiba Inverter model. The unit is easy to access. Interested in quotes to investigate and service if needed.

I have an old fireplace which is missing the air intake filter. The part cannot be purchased any more. I have the closest match which apparently could be engineered to fit (circular end requiring fitting into a rectangle).
