Install multi-zone heat pump system

We need a multi-zone heat pump system installed for a 65 m², two-bedroom new build that is currently at the framing stage. We want each room to be capable of heating and cooling separately. We prefer the vents to be installed in the lower walls, close to the floors, rather than the floors. Although we have no ceiling space available in the house, there is plenty of space under the floor. I can share the building consent plans when we make contact.
