Fabricate and install a flue for an outdoor wood fire

We need a flue made and installed for our outdoor wood fire to draw the air and smoke up. It will need to cap the exisiting chimney block box and extend up circa 1 meter. See photo of existing chimney. Outside measurement of chimney is 800mm deep x 1430mm wide.
