Kitchen & Garden Tap Replacement / Internal Stair Repair

1) Old kitchen tap needs to be removed/uninstalled and new (replacement) tap needs to be installed/plumbed in. 2) Exterior brass garden tap head is seized - either fix current one or install a replacement (easy access to the tap - just outside the laundry). 3) One of our internal stairs has partially fallen-in and needs repairing - the chipboard panelling underneath the carpet has cracked/split etc and sinks down when stood on - easy access to underneath stairs (large cupboard underneath stairway) and carpet easily lifts up. Free off-street parking - not urgent - can work from home days needed for access - can pre-purchase kitchen tap (and new garden tap if required). Cheers.
