Fixing guttering

A section of guttering at the front of the house is like a waterfall in heavy rain. The drain isn't blocked, but the section needs fixing with additional brackets and silicone around the joins. Happy to take advice on whether it needs more than this quick fix that I propose, but would rather it didn't cost too much to sort out. An extra long ladder will be required to reach the section that requires repair as its by a bank (not a sheer drop, there is room to place a ladder on the ground below).
