Small 60m2 house in Newtown. Just the front face and one side of the house need doing for now. Side has a loft story so will need some kind of trestles, movable scaffolding or ladder to access. Weatherboard, many layers, needs to be water blasted (probably) paint stripped, scrapped and sanded completely back to the wooden weatherboards. If person happy to look at priming and undercoating, very happy to discuss this also. Top coats of paints to be done by owner. Option of other side of house available at a later date if we are satisfied with the job. Back done already. Materials to glue split boards, repair rotten boards can be supplied or this work can be carried out by owner. Happy to pay a set quote rate (incl. paper, materials), daily rate or hourly rate (incl/excl. paper, materials). Happy for one person, or a group to do it. Would like it done pretty quickly though. Must be clean, tidy up and courteous as walkway shared with neighboring property.

Overall, very pleased with the end outcome of the job. The workers were friendly, tidy and completely appropriate. They didn't muck around and were here religiously when the weather allowed. A huge amount of prep was done to a sorry old house and it looks fantastic now and the repair/restore of the house is enhanced by there work. Terry provides sounds knowledge and is easily available to contact. If engaging Positively Painting, you'll get a quality job and done very quickly. My only advice for future customers would be to fully understand how the job is priced (the quote is very detailed and you can misunderstand what it includes or excludes), to understand the process of paint spraying and to acknowledge a progress payment requirement. All in all, we are pleased. Thanks Terry and team.
