Block wall

##### Profesional Block Layer required ##### I have removed a sliding door and its wooden frame from an internal basement block wall. The gape that has been left is 2 mtr wide by 2.4 mtr high. I require this gape to be blocked up. Pinned to the concrete floor in 2 maybe 3 places and to the walls at each end in 2 maybe 3 places with say 12mm rebar. I will be painting the new blocks and that will be their finished state. ##### Profesional Block Layer required #####

Laying of concrete

Fence (new) 12m

Boundary fence wooden paling with small trellis on top. Picture included. Similar to portion of fence visible on right hand side of house. No need to paint. Fence required down right hand side of photo to replace temp orange netting along driveway for about 12m.

Fitting window handles

Very small job ideal for local handyman. Just need windows, sanding back from new paint job ( a bit sticky) and new handles and latches attached. Based at Hatfields Beach 5 mins from Orewa. 4 windows only. a few hours work.

Re-installing a whirlygig washing line

I have a whirlygig washing line that was removed from the ground and now needs to be reinstalled. I am not sure if the concrete around the base pole needs to be removed or if the base pole with the concrete on needs to be just stuck back in the ground and throughly cemented. Not a big job by any means. Real small even - but needs to be done.

Trim and rehang doors

Need a door shaved a smiggen (doesn't fit after new lino put down). Also 4 doors swapped arround. One door is 5mm short but thought could glue a strip on top /bottom. Also have abit of patching and gluing to do to the doors. They are wood veneer and are expensive to replace, so am trying to put damaged sides into wet areas where they can be painted. Painting work also available - 6-8 doors either polyuro and or painted. House is in Orewa. Need work completed by 4th Sept.

Driveway - form and metal, compact

Long driveway on a bare lifestyle block. First 170m will need to be scraped then metalled and compacted, has a limestone base, and was "the original" accessway/race to the property. Second 100m is a new driveway thru a paddock up to the building site.

Remove internal wall

I am installing a new kitchen, but need to have 2 internal walls taken out to open up the area. The walls are almost certainly not load bearing (but you will need to confirm this). One wall is not full height and has a doorway in it. The other wall is full height, connecting to a sloped ceiling with exposed beams.
