Find a leak

There appears to be a leak under my house, the only thing I can think it is is the drain taking waste water from the kitchen drain to the street, it may be blocked and or split and is causing seepage to surface...there does not seem to be any other pipes in the area. I need someone who can pinpoint the problem and fix it. :) The house is on piles therefore there is good clearance.

Unblock gutter, install new gutter guards

I have a clump of grass growing out of the guttering on one side of the house - gutter guards were installed 3 years ago - clearly something is wrong, but the gutter doesnt seem to be blocked. A length of the gutter is also missing its gutter guards completely. Seems like the last installer didnt actually do the job they were hired to do.... The job: -- remove the plant material from the gutter over the back door, -- check and reseat the gutter guards that are in place -- install new...

Replace rotten wood frame on garage

My house is on a slightly slopping section. As a result the back wall is about 2 feet lower than the ground. For some unknown reason, the previous owners allowed ground clippings and soil to fill in the trench around the garage and as a result the bottom half of the back wall has rotted away. I would need this to be cleared away and replaced, as I have cleared the soil and clippings and installed drainage around it. Can any one help with a quote? Thanks.

‘Raw’ concrete block wall in our lounge is a feature wall (refer attached pictures) and is approx. 430cm x 245cm. It was the previous owners intention to have the wall smoothed and polished. We have decided to do the same thing or something similar. I’m not sure if it can also be coloured?? It does have a couple of cracks in it (refer picture).
