Replace rotten wood frame on garage

My house is on a slightly slopping section. As a result the back wall is about 2 feet lower than the ground. For some unknown reason, the previous owners allowed ground clippings and soil to fill in the trench around the garage and as a result the bottom half of the back wall has rotted away. I would need this to be cleared away and replaced, as I have cleared the soil and clippings and installed drainage around it. Can any one help with a quote? Thanks.
