First area needs replacement of 2x weatherboards in corner due to rot from mitre cut corner, checking the below timber framing for soundness and replacement of rusted section of under window flashing. Second area is repair timber window sill which is had rot, check soundness of timber behind, check water not being trapped.

Hardiplank and weathertightness repairs

Hi, I need a builder to repair broken fibre cement cladding that also has some rotten internal framing, as per attached photos. The building was constructed in 2005 and Hardiplank was the product used, we have the original plans. Also a separate sleep-out next to it requires assessment of the ranch slider for weathertightness. It sometimes leaks in the rain and there doesn't appear to be any metal flashing. Thanks
