Ceiling repairs.

Some ceilings have have asbestos removed and certified clear. Most just have scrape marks that need skimmed. The dining room ceiling had 20cm coving and raised profile that has been removed but is now very rough and may need re gibbed.

Ceiling repairs after water damage

A ducted heating/AC unit leaked condensation through our ceiling leaving water damage to ceiling gib, water also leaked down walls. unsure what other water damage there may be in celing space, incl. insulation etc. AC unit itself have been fixed, and we are gathering quotes for the company that installed the unit to cover/arrange for the repairs.

Baseboard replacement/repair

Had someone install a closet in our walk in and they removed some baseboard to make it fit, which we didn’t realise. Now that we are upgrading the wardrobe, needing the baseboards to be replaced. We have the pain for the house here already, and lots of other handyman jobs if you do a good job of this. Hoping not to break the bank on this little fix

Wooden garage window frame and pillar in Matamata

Wooden garage window frame Trim had moss and rotten. Corner pillar next to it or sill may also be affected. Window approx 830mm high x 1140mm wide. Windows sit on frame on concrete block. Other four windows on side may just need the bottom trim. Other property may just need bottom trim done. Location is Matamata.
