1. shower liner to be sealed (bathroom and ensuite) 2. broken toilet lid (bathroom) – the toilet lid has broken away from the hinge, to be repaired 3. bathtub to be sealed 4. The door on the rear rightside bedroom cannot open/close properly, this probably just needs screws tightened or the hinges to be adjusted 5. The kitchen pantry cavity slider door to be adjusted 6. exterior tap to be sealed
