Ceiling repairs after water damage

A ducted heating/AC unit leaked condensation through our ceiling leaving water damage to ceiling gib, water also leaked down walls. unsure what other water damage there may be in celing space, incl. insulation etc. AC unit itself have been fixed, and we are gathering quotes for the company that installed the unit to cover/arrange for the repairs.
