Hi, I have some old wooden slit drums it’ll like to hang in my stairway. The space is quite narrow (87cm) and the maximum height you will need to reach is over 4m (lowest point of stairs to ceiling) so some clever scaffolding will be required. The hanging itself should be pretty straight forward - will just need to put 3 hooks or similar. Pics attached, happy to meet onsite to talk through options. Thanks Dean

Just 2 pieces of deck to replace. Would like a estimate based on the photos. Will have ongoing work for the right contractor.
The window needs a new security stay to stop it from opening too wide (or fix old one). The towel rail is wobbly and might need to be re-screwed to wall. The soap dish has rust/dirt and some kind of filler behind it. Either clean and put back or cover rust with new one.
We have undergrounded our power, which has left the mounting bar for the lines still attached to the soffit and a hole in the fascia. We are wanting the mounting bar removed and any holes repaired and the area primed. We also need the hole in the fascia correctly filled and the new work primed.
Our deck has 3 small areas that leak into the garage below. It’s a large deck approximately 8 x 6m attached to external walls of a 1920’s bungalow. This was added within the last 15 yrs and it has a concrete floor with kwila on top. We would also like a quote to cover part of the deck. We’d like to get this sorted ASAP.
