QUOTE REQUEST Rotting Door Frame + Small Re-Tiling

Dining room door frame has been rotting slowly for years and owner's ready to have it fixed so looking for competitive prices. There is also plastic lino on the floor that's slowly starting to give way. We're looking for simple fixes please. If you can free quote from the photos I'm happy with that, up to you if you'd like to go out to the location. Job is in Epsom. FYI - I'm a property manager with a team who deal with 500+ properties and weekly we have new handyman jobs that need doing in a timely and cost-effective manner. Our current handyman gets overloaded so having someone else we can send jobs to as well (mainly similar to jobs like this, some big jobs in between) would be great.
