Kingsland - balustrade, deck, door trimming

Hi. I have a rental property in Kingsland, 63F Third Ave that needs a few bits of carpentry done. - Balustrade repair. See yellow oval in the picture. The timber in the lower railing is rotten and has perished. The photo is old so the current state of the balustrade is poorer. - Deck repair. See picture (but it is an older picture from when the deck was in better shape). The deck currently needs some rotten boards replaced. - Door trimming. I have put new carpet into the property, and one door (in the upstairs bathroom) is not shutting properly at since the ne carpet is thicker. I need the door taken of its hinges and planed down a bit. The balustrade and deck can be viewed from the outside to quote, however since the property is rented I would still want some time to give the tenants some warning a tradesman may be calling in. I work far too many hours, and struggle to take calls during the day (and evening!) so best to make contact initially online. I could be at the property early on a work day (between 7am and 8.15am), after 3pm on Friday, or at the weekend.
