Variety of jobs needed help with below.

Fix spouting on carport - one end needs to be glued in or replaced-(we have the end but it keeps falling out); plaster and paint strips of plasterboard on side of garage door. Fix crack and paint wall inside house. Fix cabinet to kitchen wall properly ( only has a few screws we think) Put replacement heating rail inside bathroom. Sand and take out rust from iron front door and repaint. We would like the same done with garden gates which are iron and have some rust and need repainting. Spray weeds. We are also looking to fix the leaks on our pond which has a concrete bottom but few cracks at bottom area where side meets the bottom (we will empty and dry out first). Replace or fix shower head fitting in shower. We also need help with a few other small jobs.
