Fix uneven laminate flooring over timber. #4

We installed it on our timber floor two years ago, and one area has become uneven, with a few laminate pieces popping out. I believe it might be due to the old timber frame under the house. Removal of washing line and disconnected pipes under house + unused sat dish

Rotting barge board replacement and gutter adjustment

I have a barge board that is rotting away on one end. It may be because the gutter next to it spills water out the side in heavy rain. The gutter appears to be angled slightly incorrectly. I'd like the wood to be replace and the gutter to be adjusted so it doesn't spill over the end in high rain. Cheers!
