Gas heater needs connection

We have a Rinnai EnergySaver 557FTR gas heater. I have arranged for it to be installed and connected to electricity, but we need a gas fitter to connect it to natural gas. To give an indication of how much pipe may be required, we have a gas cook top which is about six meters from the place the heater will be installed, as shown on the attached photo.

Plumbing and Gas-fitting for a Tiny House

We will be building a tiny house (30 square meters) in mid April, and will have to be off grid as we have no access to mains electricity or water. We will be using solar power for electricity, but are looking for someone who can help us with installing gas for heating water and cooking. We are also looking for someone to do some basic plumbing for us (shower, one kitchen sink, one bathroom sink) so it would be great to find someone who can do both the plumbing and the gas fitting.

Looking at a Rinnai Compact 2 Gas Fireplace, but before I purchase I need to know what it would cost to pull out the existing gas fireplace, and install the new one. Rennai compact gas fire installation into chimney x 3

I need a gas fitter/plumber to install a external 27l continuous flow hot water system. This is to replace a gas hot water tank in a cupboard on the 2nd level of the house. Existing system needs disconnecting - client can remove the tank.
