Hi there, We have a job that needs doing ASAP for the sale of a home. This is what the builders report stated: 1. Remove complete foundation wall (red on attached plan) and replace with piles to correct depth as discovered undertaking ground bearing test. This wall was found to be cracking, crumbling and severely undermined by past excavation. 2. Replace the two piles under section of house (orange squares/yellow internal) and replace as they have been undermined due to past excavation. 3. Underpin section (orange lines on plan) due to excavation undertaken in past and has undermined this area. 4. Ground found to be very wet in general area leading assumption that storm water drains may need clearing/replacement Keen to get the quoted and completed ASAP. Thanks
