Bedroom timber floor repair

Bungalow relevel

We have a 1920s single story bungalow that seems to be sinking at one corner. There is also some dodgy looking packing that looks like it was put in a few years ago that we would Like looked into. Access to house is good, but underfloor access to the sinking bit is pretty non-existent.

Repiling

We've been told we might need to get some repiling done. House built in the 1910s. The floor is not level, and floorboards are bouncy in the front corners of the house. Could be sinking. We'd like to get this remedied before doing any additional work and renovations eg weatherboards, windows, fencing etc.
