Ring foundation and piles repair

Had a building inspection done, which found some areas of ring foundation that need repair, and some piles that don’t meet current standards. Area of ring foundation affected is approx 5-7 metres. Six piles are affected. Photos attached show all areas of foundation and piles that need attention. Would appreciate a quote do this work based on h the photos. There are steps down to the foundations level and under house access is via a standard manhole in the side of wall.

Bearer increase, replacement timber

Some of the bearers have large spans. The bearers may need to be increased in size to better support the load above. We require someone to come and check that this is necessary and quote for the job. In addition, there is a small amount of timber that requires replacement under the house as it is beginning to decay due to moisture.
