Pile repairs - Newtown Villa

Piles shifted in corner portion of villa, about 4-5 piles only appear affected. Some bowing visible in basement wall area. Suspect unnoticed earthquake damage. Last fully re-piled about 1983 with concrete settings. Existing low retaining wall adjacent to that corner of the house will need extending and short fence rebuilt on the section boundary to neighbour's property.
