House pile remediation or replacement (x5) + Jacking

- The front row (approx 5 piles) have settled/rotated and need either remediation or replacement. As a result the house has settled at this location and so we would like the house jacked up to level if possible too. See attached photos and sketches. - To provide access we can lift up the decking and remove the balustrade to provide room to work. - I would also like to discuss other options such as driving steel tube piles (scaff tube or similar) further back away from the slope edge. This would have to be done through the existing internal floor boards. see attached sketch option B.
