Sub-floor bracing and anchor piles

We have recently purchased a house, 1930s, concrete piles (some original totara still present). House is 100sqm footprint with a large subfloor area (2m height at highest point). The builders' report noted that some lateral bracing would be desirable (indeed, it is quite light across the house) as well as anchor piles being put in place. In addition, there are some piles which have been excavated around and the jack framing would also benefit from a good look at.
