Relocating and bracing beams for downstairs renovations

An existing beam and lintel in our downstairs area both need minor relocation as well as further strengthening and bracing, as follows: - Relocate existing beam, onto new posts and straps and foundations - Replace existing lintel with new beam. Relocate this new beam in line with the relocated existing beam in the previous item. Place new beam on new posts. - all work to be done to NZS3604 standard, as per design drawings and engineer's inspection report which will be provided.
