Portacom foundations

We have a dual sized portacom on our property in Ohariu valley (6m x 6m). We wish to replace the existing solid wooden blocks holding it up with something a little more permanent. Keen to understand what our options are and at what cost? Also, we are interested in a deck at the front of the portacom - approx 2.5 - 3m out x 6m. The deck is a nice to have - but the foundations is the main ticket.
