Replace/repair row of piles at front of house

We have an old cottage that has the main bedroom extending out from the rest of the house. The house is on a slope, and the piles on the front row under the bedroom have sunk - or possibly their base has slid out a bit. We would like someone to repair or replace this row of piles. Sorry, the picture isn't great, but it does show the area that needs to be fixed.
