Piling, retaining walls and wall

Looking for a can-do builder and team to get to work quickly coming up with a good solution for this situation. I’m keen to move in :-) Work will involve: - retaining wall - check piles and tie to house - replace piles that fallen away - insulate under the house - rebuild wall including built in wardrobe (between under the house where the piles are and the studio apartment) Would like to get someone in asap to look at work and give me an indication of time and cost. And if there’s anything I can do to prep for the work - I can look to do that. Thank you! Eric
