Repiling of existing Sleepout

We have the Engineering Drawings , Survey and Original Building consent for re-piling one side of the sleepout , fixing the deck in-front and conversion into a studio. I have the drawings and plan and will provide it to the interested builder after site visit The whole job consists of three phases: Phase 1- Re-pile the existing sleep-out and fix the deck Phase 2- Add a toilet, bathroom and little kitchenette as per the drawings and connect the drainage and water supply from the existing house. Phase 3 - Fix the corrections recommended by the council and complete the job
