Rectify drainage

The work is twofold: 1. Remove the existing slab at the rear of the dwelling and to excavate and compact base course then to re-pour a new slab to fall away from the dwelling to a drainage gutter to allow water to escape away from the dwelling as this is not the case at present. 2. Remove approx. 4 squ metres of Concrete outside of the laundry and to excavate 300mm deep ,then to compact base course to allow a new slab to be 175mm below floor level with a fall away from the dwelling as the outside existing slab is too close to the existing floor level.
