Small bracing job

I have one concrete pile that has been partly dug out to allow access. My building inspector advised that to prevent possible sideways movement it should have a brace fitted and this be bolted to concrete steps close by. He considered the job would take about an hour. I would like it done before 14 April if possible. Access is fairly easy as it is nearest to the inspection hatch.
