The piles under the house need to be tied in a 1906 villa that has previously been re-piled. The area is half the villa as the other half is on a concrete floor. There is a small door way access from downstairs to access under the house. What I'm expecting: - Someone to come in and tie the piles; - The polythene ground sheet to remain intact, if it is ripped or damaged that this would be fixed. See screenshot from a builder's report where the report notes that the piles aren't tied. My timeframe is not urgent and I can work around you. It doesn't bother me how long this takes as there's nothing depending on it. The property is accessed by two flights of concrete stairs. There is on-street parking directly outside, which is coupon/residents parking.
