check and fix the cracks in the ring foundation and the reason of subsistence

The ground of my house is very flat. Some sag was sighted to a section of the floor frame of my house, as there is notable sag in the flooring to the interior, a crack to the ring foundation in this area along with some settlement of the paving to the exterior. I need an engineer to check the stability of the ground and to see if they should be fixed. Thanks.
