Repiling Wadestown

I’d like to get a quote to have my house repiled. It’s a 1-storey, 130 sq m 1904-5 house and most of the piles are original (and stuffed). Half of the piles could be accessed from under the house, but floorboards will probably need to be pulled up for the other half (and reinstated). Since a small extension is on a concrete pad, the whole house can't be easily jacked up. The property itself is up 100m of (good quality) path, with no drive-on access. Parts of the house will need to be relevelled (to the extent that’s practical). I'd like to get a quote on the repiling and releveling, but I'm also keen to understand how you'd work to get the approvals, the timeline for the work (including likely lead time before you get on site), approach to progress payments, and so on. One side of the house backs onto a steep slope, so 1-2 rows of piles will need to go deeper and that will need an engineer’s signoff. Some extra items can't really be quoted now, but I'd like an indication of your approach to it (ie charging approach).There will be a bit of timber to be replaced under the house due to rot/insects, given the age of the property. I'd like underfloor insulation put in too. There could also be some extra items, like installing some vents to the subfloor area and fixing any internal damage from the relevelling (including rehanging doors).
