The timber subfloor framing under the front wall of the house is on an angle and unretained ground under the front path is pushing corrugated iron installed under house against the timber - further framing needs to be installed or sufficient retaining installed to help prevent further movement of the framing and dirt. Some timber deterioration in areas of subfloor at the front of the house - some of this appears to be due to gaps and insufficient fixings between the timber joists and bearers. An older style pile still in place and in use along the northern side of the house, as this is rotting it needs to be is replaced. Need connections to the timber bearers. Most of the other older piles have been cut off above ground level and re-piled underneath, some of the older piles are on angles.
