Repiling, Roof replacement and Chimney removal

Hi, we are purchasing a 2-storey house on a flat section. From the recent building inspection report, the house was only half repiling, and we would like to get it fully done. The roof also needs to be replaced, as well as the removal of the chimney. There's a bit of work need to be completed on the property, and we would like to get a price quote and time frame on this if possible.
