Pilings for Sleepout.

I am putting in a 2.4m by 4.1m sleepout. I would like some square wooden pilings in concrete put in to build up off of. Nothing will be more than a 1m off the ground, and it is an almost flat surface. The job will mean putting in around about 12 pilings, maybe less, i think between 600 to 900 depending on location (900 for anchors). Job quote to include to bearers only. This building is exempt from consent due to be under 10m2.
