Renovate old vehicle garage

Old vehicle garage needs some piles replaced and the floor structure re-levelled. Some bearers and joists and the floor have rot and will need renewing. Other work could include some rotting framing and roofing being replaced and the structure straightened vertically. Garage is on fairly steep slope, but this allows fairly good access under a lot of it. My focus for this work is to get the garage usable for least cost.
