EQ Strengthing foundation and chimney removal

I have council approval for additonal pile and bracing and pinning of the foundation on a two storey propoerty in wellington to comply with earthquake strengthing requirments. I need a builder who can add bracing and ties and pin existing foundation to comply with engineering specification. THere is also chimney removal. Step repair and reatiaing.
