Repile / relevelling front bay area of a two storey house

Your quote is required for relevelling and repiling of the front bay window area which has dropped. And at the the rear there is one pile that is undermined where the soils have dropped away from in front of the pile which should be redone. The house has been completely repiled in the past, only this front bay has dropped because of the addition. Also one charred blacked member at the back requires replacement (floor bearer 4m x 150 x 350). Builder's report available.
