Repiling our house

Hi there, We are looking at buying a one story 90 square meter house in Newtown, Wellington, built in 1915 that potentially needs repiling. There has been some repiling has been done a few years back in 2003 (some piles are now tanalised). The back part of the house is sagging in at least one corner, and part of the floor is damaged. The house is on a gradual slope. Access is head-high halfway down the house, then the ground slopes up to meet flush with the back edge, where the problematic corner is. Would someone be able to provide us with a rough estimate of cost? Kind regards, Isaac
