Pile replacement/pile check - Hataitai

At the front of our 1922 bungalow (repiled about 15 years ago) under the bay window one concrete pile is crumbling around the edges/at the front with a partly broken wire, and presumably needs replacing. I would also like a check of the existing piles eg there also seems to be a gap adjacent to the crumbling pile where another pile should probably be, but isn't - would like this confirmed, and see if any other work needs to be done eg bracing. What I need is a quote to fix the crumbling pile and check the existing piles, then advice/quotes for anything else that might need doing?
