The area has previously been compacted with hardcore (45sq.m), however this may need to be reduced in level to ensure patio slab is on grade with garden. The requirement is to create an external patio slab which has an appropriate finish which looks good and is anti slip. The are planting borders to be maintained around two sides of the perimeter.

Excavations have been undertaken to the front of one of the subfloor walls, at the toe of the wall and cutting close to vertically straight down for approximately 800mm at the deepest excavation point on the eastern side of the church to approximately 200mm at the western side of the church.
