Piling - ground around pile needs to be replaced

The ground/clay around a pile has crumbled away. Unsure if this also means there may be some damage to the pile. Need to place a moisture barrier down, but before I can do that I need this looked at and fixed. Would like a quote and ideally the job to be done as soon as possible.
