4.2x2.4m Cabin - Piling, level foundation & tiny deck or stairs

~ level and maybe further solidify the foundation my cabin is on ~ to raise my 4.2x2.4m cabin off the ground and possibly add a tiny deck or stairs to the front door but do it in a way where my cabin is able to be raised but not permanently fixed to the ground? as if the feet/base are attached to the cabin but not to the foundation?? Need the job done ASAP as I need to move my business into the cabin.
