Plan and build foundations

I need a company to plan and build the foundations needed for my 50 metre squared transportable home and complete any documentation needed. They would need to be on site to fit the house to the foundations when it arrives. The house is expected to arrive on site sometime in December 2021. I can give the exact date when I find out myself. Ring Foundation Check

Our house is held by piles, but ring foundation going around it. Structural integrity report requested :) obviously if job is completed then approx price would increase.

Working along side Mainmark Engineering to stack and pack the foundation once re levelling has been done. Also needed to create an access point to the foundations either via the internal flooring or creating one externally. We need to have someone available before the 6th July to create the access point and then need them available on the 6th and possibly 7th July.

1920s Stucco house requires repiling

My 1920s house seems to have sunk in a few places. The back corner of the kitchen, the bathroom and front bedroom are noticeably lower and you can definitely feel it in the floors as you walk around. I have the money for the job, I’m just trying to find someone to do the work now please. It will more than likely lead to further renos once completed.

Re-level floor in front room of roughcast 1950s house

The foundations of the front room which juts out from the rest of the house, have sunken from flooding from a blocked storm-water drain. The drainage problem has since been fixed, however it has caused damage. The external cladding has a crack along the stress line and there is a gap between the floor boards and the skirting in region of about 0.5 to 1cm. The room requires jacking up and pits will need to be excavated under the foundation edge of the house and the foundation jacked up evenly...
