73sqm House needs to be re-piled or moved.

It's a very small house on a small plot of land (please see attached photos). As a note: The lean-to attachment of the house is about 200mm lower than the rest of the house. If you have the know-how to raise the lean-to to meet the same level as the rest of the house, that'll be great :) I can sort out the roof, walls, plumbing etc. if it comes to that. Just so you are aware, the roof and weather boards are going to be re-done so I ultimately just need the house to be re-piled and/or re-leveled (depending on what you recommend). Thanks everyone.
